Cincia Eloy is a professional Licensed Cosmetologist and a graduate of the Academy NYC Paul Mitchell Partner School.

She founded her brand, Afro-Cia Hair, in April 2012, now known as Afro-Cia Hair & Beauty. The salon services clients with different types of hair and is up to date on all the latest styles. Cincia Eloy specializes in hair and make-up for bridal and special occasions. She also helps her clients grow and maintain healthy hair by following a healthy hair regimen in between salon visits. The salon also has a talented hair braider, Neisha, who specializes in knotless braids and can do most of the latest braiding styles.
